REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
I hope you are very happy with your bespoke scarf or square.
In the event of a return/refund request I would ask you kindly let me know via the Contact form.
My refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from your order placement.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase I cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Take care when trying on your item to avoid makeup and perfumes.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected I will confirm this in an email.
I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If there seems a delay on receiving your refund contact your bank as there is often some processing time before your refund will show in your account.

EXCHANGES
Every care is taken so that your item gets to you in good condition. In the event of damages to your item please email me via the contact form.
POSTAL RETURNS
You will be responsible for your items safe return and your own postal costs. I would suggest choosing a tracked postage to ensure I receive your item. Please keep a receipt of postage for your record.
Postal costs are non refundable. Your refund will be for the initial cost of the item only minus the initial postage charged.
